I'm looking for a tuxedo with tails for my 2-year old to wear once. I've scouted Ebay, and unless a used one comes up, it looks like they come to nearly $50. Plus, I need something a bit customized, (yellow vest, gray pants, regular tie instead of bowtie) so I would have to spend even more to customize the outfit.
Do tuxedo rental shops carry stuff for toddlers? I'm thinking maybe they would let me mix and match pieces and the rental price might be affordable. Does anyone have any other tips on places to look (department stores, consignment stores, etc)? I don't want to spend more than $40 on the whole ensemble.
