Toilet Inserts for Enlongated Toilet Seats

Has anyone had any success with any toilet inserts for enlongated toilet seats? I have bought a Safety 1st (Elmo Design) and it really slips too much for my daughter to use it. But when I read the review in Toddler Bargains, it seems this brand slips on standard toilets too? Any help would be appreciated. I'd really prefer to avoid a potty chair if we can.

Try the Baby Bjorn potty seat.. It has a dial so that it will adjust to all toilet seats!

I have the BB toilet seat and it fits both my round and elongated seats very well.
