Favorite Potty Training Book

DD knows how to tinkle on the potty if we put her there, and sometimes we can catch her getting ready to poop and get her on the potty in time, but she WON'T do it by herself! At almost 3 years old, DH & I are ready to be done with diapers!!!

This is the first "job" I don't think I can do without some professional help... Does anyone have a favorite book I might try?
