If my DD doesn't mind if she wets herself when not wearing a diaper or anything below, does that mean she's not yet ready for full-on potty training?

Some days she alerts me ahead of time to use the potty, other days she doesn't, and today when she was diaper-less and I went into the other room for a second, she wet herself and went right on playing. So, is she ready? I feel like I am getting mixed signals and I don't want to confuse her, too. Any advice?

DS not only didn't mind going when he was bottomless, he enjoyed it. I started making him help me clean up. That stopped it pretty quickly for us.

You could also put underwear and leggings on her so that she really feels wet. Otherwise they can just make a puddle and walk away...
