What do you do about pooping in his pants?

It can create quite a mess when he is wearing underwear (exspecialy when I am trying to get the underwear off) and I wonder what everyone does to make clean up easier? I have heard that the inserts that come with cloth diapers work but I have not tried that yet. Right now my son is still wearing diapers or pull ups during the day because he poops so much in his pants and it was getting very hard to clean up. I am looking for some suggestions on what he can wear that are not diapers or pull ups but will still absorb the poop so it is not such a mess to clean up and does not leak out into his pants.

No good solutions here. I got tired of the mess and we just use Pull-ups.

We haven't tried these, but they may address your issue. They basically are training pants with velcro sides.
