Parents Magazine Brand Potty?

I got a new Target baby/kid ad/catalog with my Parents Magazine yesterday. In it I saw a Potty made by Parents Magazine brand that I've never seen before and I can't seem to find it on Target.com or Parents Magazine's website (I can't seem to find any of their line of toys on their website...)

Has anyone seen this potty and do you know where to find it on-line or in real life?

I know the one you're talking about, at least I saw it at a local Target store and also wondered about it. I examined the box to see if it said who makes it, but couldn't find anything. It reminded me of the pictures I've seen of The First Years 3-in-1 Toilet Training System, but I don't know if it's the same.
