Have you discussed this with your peditrician?

Also, is your daughter in preschool? Has she noticed that other kids are potty trained & wearing underwear? That was a big motivator for my son - he wanted to be like the other kids in his class. His class actually had potty time where all the kids had to try to go on the potty. Nothing like peer pressure!

My opinion is that they're not going to go until they are ready. Just like they aren't going to walk or talk until they're ready. They all develop at their own pace.

Ive potty trained 3 boys and I know you said you dont want to let her go with out a diaper until she has has sucess but in my experience none of mine would train until I took the diapers away. All 3 were using the potty consistantly within a week of starting diaper free daytimes. ( mostly 2 or 3 days).

My youngest I just told him a week in advance Monday we are going to use the potty and the diapers are going away. It worked for me.
