OK, I just realized that this "Graco" is the Century Seat that has been around forever, and has new fabric to make it look like the Turbo Booster (and supposedly keep your child dry). So I guess I need to modify my question and ask if the basic design of this seat is still the same, and if so what your experiences have been with it vs. the Apollo.

Yup, the new NS is the same seat as the old one, just with a new cover. Folks like it. I think it is a bit overpriced compared to the Apollo, since the Apollo is cheaper AND has extra features.

But it might come down to which one you like, and your kid likes (very important) and which fits well in your car.
