Where, oh, where have the Marathons gone?

Has anyone else noticed that there seems to be a shortage on the Britax Marathons right now? Baby Center doesn't have them, nor do several other online retailers that carried them a month ago. (I bought one before Christmas and, now that it seems to work well for us, am planning to buy a second.) The only place that seems to have them is Babies R Us (amazon.com). Is there a reason why everyone else is out of stock????? (Other than the fact that it seems to be a darn good seat? :))

Have you checked the Right Start??? I know all the locations near me have them as well as the FAO Schwarz Toy store near me! I'm sure they are just temporarily out of stock and if you e-mail them they will probably tell you they will be back in stock soon!

I was told by a store manager that they Britax takes their time producing seats to add to their mystique. It sure doesn't hurt their business. USA Baby carries them as well as I bought one at Babies r Us.
