Ultra Cargo and airplanes

Hi Has anyone used the Ultra Cargo on an airplane?I'm just wondering if its easy to install etc and if it fits most airplane seats.Thank you.

Did you ever get a response to your question? I am considering buying a Graco Ultra Cargo for a long trip to Germany. My husband can't accompany me, and so I wanted to find a carseat that is as light as possible (since I'll be lugging it!), but that is still safe. (My daughter will be 16 months old when we travel).

I used the Ultra Cargo just a week ago to go cross country and it worked really well.My DD was comfortable and it was easy to carry.I pulled the teather all the way out and carried it as a backpack slung over my shoulder.It was very easy to install/uninstall.Oh my DD was 17-18mths old when we went and she slept most of the time. I'm right handed so I had to put her on my left so I could feed her and be comfortable.And the cupholder I took off beforehand.:) Hope this helps.Have a good,fun,safe trip.
