My 2 yr old is 30 lbs and we need to move her out of her Roundabout due to little brother. I noticed the turbobooster is for 30-80 lbs and don't want to have to buy another Britax for the next year. Anyone have any good suggestions?? Thanks so much.

No, the minimum age for that seat is 3, but beyond that, she's SO much safer being harnessed for as long as possible (until 40 pounds, and hopefully at least age 4.5 or 5, when she's really mature enough to understand how to sit still, and beyond that, is less floppy when she sleeps! kids younger than four are VERY floppy sleepers, and that's not safe when they fall out of position!)

Try the bottom half of this page for some highly recommened seats http://www.car-safety.org/carseats.html

Good luck!

Thanks Julie - I appreciate your help with this. Since the booster seats are out I think that we are back to looking at combo seats. I think we're going to go with the recommended Evenflo Comet...Hopefully that will get us through the next few years.
