Booster Seat Update

Has anyone been successful in downloading the Booster Seat Update? I have tried (as well as many friends whom I had try) many times but I am unsuccessful...I can never make it to the point of paying for the report. I'm going to break down and order it via snail mail but I was just wondering if anyone else was able to download it. Thanks.

I've tried on multiple computers, both at work and home and we can't get to the file. The Fields say that the file and web page are ok and accessible. Obviously there's some sort of problem.

Had the same problem, it drove me crazy. I ended up ordering via mail and it came within a few days.

I could not download it as well. Tried emailing for support help from that company and never got a reply.

I tried for several days before I gave up and ordered it through regular mail. It came in only a few days. I thought it was because I have an Apple iMac and am running OS X Panther and there was some sort of problem with the compatibility.

I just dowloaded, paid my $4.95 and had no problems at all.

Has the problem been fixed? I tried unsuccessfully many times in January and just couldn't get it to download. Email the Fields but never heard back.

Can someone tell me how to get the info on the Booster Seat update? I just started researching them and I'm not up to speed on everything.
