Online source to purchase Safety Baby Airway? Britax Huskey?

I'm posting for a friend of mine whose daughter is almost 3 and nearly 40 lbs. She defintely wants to kep her dd harnessed longer and is looking for a harnessed seat with a higher weight limit. Does anyone know if you can still purchase the Safety Baby Airway and if so, an online source for it? She is kind of tight on money but would consider a Briatx Huskey if anyone knows of a decent online deal on one. TIA!!!
