Denim on Britax seats ( i.e. Starriser Comfy)

HI everyone. I just bought the Starriser Comfy at Buy Buy Baby in denim. Then I went to a store today and saw another color - sort of an off/white beige color and pebbly texture to it. I know where I can get it now (I hadn't seen it before)and wondering if I should exchange. The lady told me she picked it b/c she heard the denim fades or rubs to a fade where elbows/behind go. Can anyone comment? I have seen denim on other car seats previously.
I thought this was being discontiued so I picked it up even though I don't need it yet. Maybe new colors will come out???? Anyone know??

I know of the one you mean...but i have totally forgotten it's name...

I have that pattern and denim and one other i think it's racer, anyhow on the denim, i'd say they wear like jeans do...it doesn't look that bad but if your not "into" that sorta faded jean look then you may like some other cover. My denim is from 2000 and has gotten lighter in the arms area but i find it look ok overall.

britax's site should show cover options...you can always buy an extra, i have 3 covers between our two star risers :)

The page above shows the cover options, the pebble like one is Luna, and looks like the cow one will be an option shortly.

They discontinued it, but then they started making them again...if you don't need it now, you might as well return it and look for good deals online. You saw Luna. I have a Britax Roundabout with denium accents (main seat part is a white, tan & light blue plaid). I can't remember the name of it, but it was sold at BRU and other retail stores, so it is pretty common. The denium does wear like a pair of jeans. Personally, I don't like the look, but I'm too cheap to buy a new seat cover. Functionally, it's fine, but it does look 'worn' to me.
