Tote 'n' Go DX Portable Car Seat for airplane trip?

We are heading off on a car trip where we will have a car seat at the other end. DD is 30lbs and is 2 years 2 months, so we are thinking about using the Tote 'n' Go DX Portable Car Seat on the airplane.

Has anybody every used this? What have otehr people used in lieu of car seat?

There's nothing you can use on an airplane except a full sized, harnessed car seat or the plane's seatbelt....and lots of snacks and little things to keep her busy ;) (baby wipes and postit notes and lollipops have kept my kids surprsingly busy on those long trips to grandma's in Hawaii...oh, and color wonder pens and paper...total lifesaver!)
