I know you're not supposed to put *anything* between child and carseat, but I admit I used a Bundle Me and could not have done without it the last two winters in Tennessee. However, I am in Texas at my Mom's now and sheepskin sounds so appealing for a carseat in this heat! What do you all think of the safety of these? http://www.babaseatskins.com/
They shouldn't be any less safe than a light coat, I think... ?
Thanks!

Hi Lynette. Sheepskins are very thick and will compress quite a bit, leaving that harness loose. Loose harness = ejected child. Not a risk we want to take!

Frankly, I live in a hot desert climate and sheepskin is the *last* thing I'd want to sit on, lol. Just freeze half a bottle of water and hug it :).
