Ride Ryte Booster & Harness

Does anyone know anything about the Ride Ryte Booster & Harness seat? It is a booster seat with a 5-pt harness & has a tether. I saw it on the Baby-Outfitters website:

It's really not as easy to use as a "real" car seat. It surely has it's place for some special niches (Like if you have to put three kids across the back and you only have a lapbelt in the middle and the Husky won't fit), but in general a regular seat is a better choice.
