I was just about to purchase the closeout parkway booster from babyage.com for $89, when I noticed that at the bottom of the page it says : Children under 40lbs. should not use this seat. But everywhere else it says 30 lbs. I'm wondering if this style is older, and they have changed the weight requirements, or if babyage is just wrong?
Thanks-
Stacy

I looked on Britax and NHTSA's websites and they both list it as a 30lb seat. I don't have one here but I remember clearly that this seat starts at 30 lbs and the Bodyguard is a 40lb seat. It must be an error on the Babyage site.

The information on babyage.com is incorrect. The Parkway is rated from 30 lbs, here is a quote directly from Britax's information on the Parkway from their website:

<<The Parkway fits children from 38 inches tall to 60 inches tall, weighing approximately 30 to 100 pounds. The one-hand adjustable head rest raises up to 30.5 inches, with multiple positions to grow with your child.>>
