we need a booster for our sitter's car and for travel- considering the Turbo booster, Compass, Parkway. I am drawn to the Graco and Compass for travel ease- any thoughts on either of these? Is a booster that can fold up in any danger of collapsing in an accident or are they all "equally safe" as the salesperson told me...
DS is tall and slim, and is in the Marathon/Regent in our cars. This will eventually replace the Marathon when he gets too tall for it.

This site http://www.carseatsite.com/recommended_car_seats.htm
lists all three seats your mentioned as recommended, with pro's and con's for each. For travel I would definitly prefer a seat that folds or comes apart as it will be easier to pack that way. I've seen both the PW and the TB recommended equally by cpst's so I would think that one is just as safe as the other. They do have to pass the same tests. The TB also has side impact protection because of the eps foam in the head wings and since the back is adjustable it will booster to 57". I'm not sure about the Compass though.

We just bought the new folding Compass B510 as our travel booster. Check out my post from another thread, it might help.
