DS is 4 yrs 9 mo. and is 43 lbs and 45". For everyday use, I have a Britax Regent in my Honda Pilot. I have a Britax Parkway for DH car ('00 Honda Accord with side curtain airbags) that we use maybe 1 day a week.
The problem is I need an additional carseat for the person that watches DS 3 days a week for afternoon home daycare. She needs a carseat for her 97 Nissan Quest in case she needs to go somewhere. It's a pain to remember to bring her the booster seat since it's not already in my car and then remember to take it back to use occassionally elsewhere (in DH or someone else's car) because I won't remove the Regent.
Do you think DS is ready to move to a backless booster (and what kind) or what are some other options?
