Peg Perego Tender

Is this stroller worth the money? I have a 2 1/2 year old and a newborn and am looking for a double stroller for trips to the mall, zoo, walks in the neighborhood/park, etc.

I have a Tender that I used about 10 times. It was great for the first year, but once my younger son got mobile, I switched to a SBS. My younger son is VERY active though - if you had a calmer child, you might be able to use it longer.
