I have a 3 year old who's about 35lbs. His 5 year old sister just mastered riding her bike without training wheels and we'd like to take family rides together. My husband bought a Fisher Price model, but it seems too small. His knees bump my bum while I'm riding, and he has no room for his legs as they grow. He'll need to sit in this seat for another year or two. Does anyone know of a sit that will accomodate a larger child?

Go for the Rhode or Rhode Gear (forgot which the name is). Just fantastic, super safe and the 2 local bike shops here only carry this one. We have no knee bumping with a 3.6 year old (who is tall) Baby Bargains likes it the best too.
