Hi,

I have a 3 year old who still needs/likes to ride in the stroller. Our second child will be born in the next month and I'm trying to think ahead about 6-8 months towards the winter and find a double stroller that will be appropriate for both kids in a lot of snow (we live in upstate NY).

I like the InStep Safari TT because it has 16" air-filled wheels and the front wheel can be fixed or swivel. It's a bit wide and a bit heavy but other than that, I think it could suit us. Does anyone have any experience with this stroller? Are there other strollers that might be appropriate for this use?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I used a double urban mountain buggy in the snow last year it does quite well, even though it's a 12in swivel wheel. It's more expensive thought than instep but has the advantage of being 29in wide so is good at the mall etc.

good luck :)
