Where can I see a Valco Runabout IRL? Is this a good alternative to double stroller?

I have been looking at double strollers and possible alternatives (#1 and #2 will be almost 2 years apart--DD is EXTREMELY active and monkey like and I'd let her walk but she wants to go her own way...)
I was thinking the Runabout + toddler seat might do the trick (we live in Philadelphia and have stairs to our house....many doorways aren't wide)--but I kind of figure I need to test drive this with my daughter in the stroller to see. Anyone know where I can check this out? Any experience using this instead of a regular double stroller?

If you go to valcobaby.com, they list stores that sell their strollers. And you are lucky - they have some in Pennsylvania! (I'm in Texas, and there aren't any stores listed!)
