help choosing bike trailer/jogger

I have a Bell Lil Rambler trailer/stroller, but it is getting too narrow for my 4 and 2 year old (seat is 19.5" wide fro 2 kids!). Can anyone recommend a replacement? I'm looking for one that is has more seating room, converts to a jogger (preferably w/ handbrake), pulls well, and folds up enough to fit behind the 3rd row seat of my minivan. If possible, I'd like to find something costing less than $250. I've been looking online, but can't find the seat width measurements on most models. Any help is tremendously appreciated!

I have an LOVE a Chariot Cougar 2. Its very roomy. REI has them on sale right now (in store only). Its still more than $250 though. But, maybe another option can be found on the other page. I know InStep makes one that sells at Target. Its pretty nice for the price.
