Urban Advantage by Go Go Babyz- Anyone heard of it?

Has anyone heard of this stroller? Comments? I like that the fact it has a kid's tray and it's all terrain.

Yes, I bought one at Costco and I loved it until my daughter got to about 30 pounds....then even with the brakes on it would tip. If I was pushing her up hill and it was at all slanted one way or the other it would tip, I would not buy this stroller :(
