cheap but sturdy umbrella stroller for Europe trip...suggestions??

going to Europe (so may encounter cobblestones at points) and want decent (but cheap enough to leave behind!) umbrella stroller to take over...need to buy it here rather than there because I will need it in the airports on the way over. Any suggestions??

--lightweight
--reclines almost flat
--decent canopy
--carrying strap attached
--5 pt harness
--lap bar
--folds up quick and easy
--comes with speakers so you can attach an iPod or small radio; also has a back pouch and bottle holder
--comes with own carrying case
--sturdy

Not so keen on the following:
--basket could be larger
--doesn't have a child tray
