Just wanted to share my experience with Small World Toys.
I had purchased Matthew one of their puzzles. My doggie princess Chapel decided that the piece looked too good to pass on and chewed it up.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago. My Mom was here and she bought Matthew some level 2 puzzles at Tuesday Morning (at 4.99 a pop, not bad!). I read on the back that they will replace pieces undera guarantee. I went to their website, filled out the form requesting that we be sent a new goldfish piece and voila! Fed Ex appeared yesterday with a NEW puzzle! I couldn't believe it! The turn-around was SUPER fast and I am pleased as punch. I will be buying more of their toys now for sure!
