Yoga Video - Mom & Toddler?

Hi,

Does anyone know a good video that might have a yoga practice for a toddler and Mom? I try to practice yoga at home but my 15 month old DD thinks it is play time and she loves when the yoga mat comes out! She actually gets it for me now.

Thanks for your reply. I will look at that video. I haven't checked Collage video but I think I have a catalog at home too.

I just ordered this book: Yoga Kids: Educating the Whole Child Through Yoga by Marsha Wenig, Susan Andrews. I read a blurb about it in a magazine. They said that as early as 2, when they can mimick what you are doing, you can start with Yoga. I will give it a read and post something if it is helpful.
