Fire Ladders

Does anyone know of a good Fire Safety Ladder I can purchase! I've been looking online and there seems to be tons but not sure which one would be the best! We have a double story house and I want to store one upstairs just for safety.

I purchased one from Home Depot and keep it in DC's closet, since that's the first place I will go in an emergency. I looked at the more expensive versions of the ladders, but decided that it only needs to work once when we need it. Before I put it away I did take it out and become familiar with how to use it. DH thinks I'm nuts, but it gives me piece of mind...
