Girlfriend Getaway between NJ & RI?? Early Nov

I hope it's not wrong to post this here, but I'm desperate for good suggestions. I desperately need an "I'm NOT a Mommy" weekend. So a friend and I would like to meet somewhere between Rhode Island and New Jersey.

We've done NYC (to death) and are now looking for total pampering and relaxation. Any suggestions?

None of the places I'm finding seem to be that great.
