Paging hudsonam re: Cape may, NJ

Can you please give some suggestions for hotels/motels in Cape May? I just got Monday off and it's too nice to NOT go down the shore. We'd like to stay on/across from the beach. Don't want a dive; don't need 4 or 5 stars either :-)

Also kid friendly restaurant for Dinner (Sunday) and Breakfast (Monday).

bumping this because I wish I was going to the shore!!! The weatherman said this morning the forecast for this weekend is more like Memorial Day, not Columbus Day...

I can't wait! I have plans w/ my meetup moms at 2pm on Sunday so as soon as I'm back home we're on the road!!

I meant to make a few calls today to find lodging but didn't have a chance. Saturday AM for sure on that!
