Anyone in NYC or VA doing strollercize? Looks like fun, but a little pricey.

I was reading Fit Pregnancy today while waiting an hour for the OB today (grrrr!) Anyhow I saw an ad on how to get your abs back after you have the baby. All the moves were taken from Strollercize and they said that there was a strollercize video for about $25.00.

I know they also have a book too.

But the classes sound like fun and a great way to meet other moms. The classes in NYC are in Central Park, I thought that sounded so nice. A workout in the park.

I just wanted to know if anyone had actually taken a class and if the who experience is worth the $300 for six weeks.
