What is the difference between the two, if any?

I took Shape for a year, and it was pretty good, though a lot of the tear-out cards were for use at a gym, when I was looking more for moves/stretches to do in my house or at the park. I love their success stories, though, and the recipes always looked great!

If you're looking for a cheap subscription, try www.magazinevalues.com. Last year I got Shape for $5 for a year's subscription (and Vanity Fair for $3!). You have to agree to them emailing you once a week (or month, I forget), but it is the least intrusive campaign I've ever seen. And I had no complaints about my magazines. It was a GREAT deal. Anyway, just thought I'd pass along that money-saving tip of the day! :)

I get Shape and Fitness and they're really similar. I like Shape for the reader's success stories and both for the workout suggestions. I take them with me to meet with my trainer and get his assistance getting the moves correct. However, the suggestions for 'Bikini Bodies by June 1" drive me nuts!
