I found a few sites that have been pretty helpful to me.

This one has a message board and some nice links:
http://www.southbeachdietguide.com/index.html

And this one has TONS of info! An updated food and GREATLY expanded food list for Phase 1 and gobs of recipes!! Just a warning though, it has really annoying music on the home page.

Thanks Beth! You're a life saver!!!
I was just talking about that and here's you with the answers!!
I was thinking of doing a search on SBD info but (story of my life) I can never find time!
Thanks again!

So which recipes have you tried and liked? Beth, I remember you referencing a salmon with rosemary? Is it in the book? Annette, in the Weekly check-in you referenced a turkey chili, but at the site I found a turkey and white bean soup, or different chilis.

Just curious - I'm trying to get everything in order for when I jump in with both feet. Thanks!

Sarah,
The salmon with rosemary recipe is in the book.
The turkey chili is from the prevention board. Here's the link to the recipe:

I doubled the recipe (more like adjusted it) since the kids wanted to try it also and got a huge pot out of it. Needless to say, it was so good everyone had seconds!

I just noticed yesterday it was down. But here's another great place to get info:

http://forums.prevention.com/forum.jsp?forum=40

That's the link to the Prevention SBD forum. Just a TON of great info, including this thread, specifically for newbies, which is AMAZING!

Beth, thanks so much for posting this! We are vegetarian (except for seafood) and it's a good place for information about combining SBD w/ veg.
