So this week (at least in MO) Aldis is selling The Method workout DVD's for $10! I bought 2 :D ! Also I bought a Bally Total Fitness Resistance Tubing for $6! They had other Bally's workout stuff too. And for those who are looking for weights they had a complete dumbell set (3,5 & 8) w/a stand for $20!!! Just thought I'd spread the good news!!!
