Low (I should say "good") carb crock pot recipes?

Anyone know of a source? I searched really briefly online and came up with people selling recipes, but is there a free website? I know I can modify my recipes, but this would be easier.

There is a yahoo group called slowcooker that is ALL crock pot receipes. I believe there are low carb receipes available as well. It is free and easy to sign up! HTH :)
