Can I request the SB mashed potatoe recipe?

I bought the Salmon for the yummy one you guys were talking about and I'm curious about the potatoes?

Joey, off the top of my head it was 4 cups of cauliflower florets (SP?), 1 oz of I-can't believe its not butter, 1 oz of Land of Lakes non-fat dairy creamer, s & p to taste.
Steam cauliflower (I did it in the micro with 2 tbls of water), put it in a blender, add the other stuff, puree and voila! Delish, even though there are no potatoes involved. Perhaps is was because the texture was so similar? Anyway, good luck!

I added a tablespoon or two of grated cheese to mine and that made it even yummier! :)
