South Beach Diet- Info please

I see that a group of you are on the SBD. Is that safe to do while nursing? I have been doing WW- I have lost 10 pounds so far- I'd like to lose 15- 20 more to get me to pre-wedding weight. I have heard that alot of people are successful with SBD.

You can do the South Beach Diet when nursing. Just skip Phase 1 and do Phase 2 or 3 instead.
