Found a great salad dressing for SBD!

It is Newman's Own Light Italian and if you like lemon it is a great dressing! It doesn't have that weird texture some light dressings have. It really makes me enjoy my salads again, usually I am a creamy (read very fat!) salad dressing lover. HTH

Oh yes! That's my fav!!!!

And surprisingly enough, most ranch dressings are usually OK. Just check for hydrogenated oil, but generally the sugar is very low in ranch drwssing.

Hmmm, about to go to the grocery and think I will check that out... I'm usually a Balsamic gal, but I love lemon!
