Can someone recommend some good exercises for the post pregnancy stomach bulge? I'm doing sit-ups, but I'm not sure about my form.

DS is almost a year so it's time to work on it!

Denise Austin has a great little workout tape. It's called Get Fit Fast for abs, legs, and arms. I have the ab tape and it has three little workouts. The first two are 10 minutes long and the third is 15 minutes. I find that it is a great way to get in a little ab work with a small committment.

I like Tamilee Webb's dvd's. She has Abs/Buns of Steel and I Want That Body. They both have 15 minute spot reduction workouts for different areas - abs, buns, and arms. I had a Denise Austin video (before my VCR ate it) and it was good too, but she is a little too perky for me - Tamilee is more low key. It just depends which style you prefer.

Thanks! I used to do Denise Austin aerobics ages ago. Know what you mean by perky :)
