OK- there are 6 weeks between Mother's day and Father's Day, so my goal is to lose 8 pounds by Father's Day. I have lots more to lose, but 8 pounds is a healthy amount to lose in 6 weeks. I'm excited to get moving on this weight loss!!! Join me in this challenge!

OK, I take your challenge! I am now firmly back on the SBD. I have 7 more pounds to go to get to my goal weight, and 7 pounds in 6 weeks doesn't sound so bad! :)

OK, I am new here, but count me in as well! I've been trying to lose weight for a long time and just a couple of days ago I had to go to the Doctor for a strep throat and she told me the reason I haven't been losing weight was probably because I was on the mini pill. So I stopped taking it and I hope I will lose some weight now!

YAY! We started SBD on Monday, so is that cheating? Phase 1 is supposed to drop 8 lbs or so in 2 weeks or something. I need waaaaaaaaay more after that though. And right now I'd probably hurt a small child for a brownie! :P

Count me in. I petered out in the eating healthy/working out thing a few weeks ago and after my cruise, I see all that I ate on my thighs and in my face.

Im soo there...LOL im combining the slim in 6 with the Curves!! LOL im going for 10!(since one of those weeks im in the 2nd phase of the SBD)...
