Stomach hurts from Firm Ab excercise

You can tell that I haven't used my Firm Ab tape in a while because my stomach is killing me. Please don't make me laugh! Am I the only one who gets sadistic glee in those sore muscles that you get after working out? It makes me feel like I really worked out!

YES I LOVE IT! Ok maybe at first I don't but after that I get so excited to know I gave my muscles a good workout. They say you have to break down the muscle to gain new muscle. So I sappose that is the feeling of muscle breaking down. Don't know that for sure but it seems logical. Way to go Sonia keep it up!!!
