Fav recipes from SBD cookbook?

I got this cookbook a few months ago and have yet to open it. I was wondering if any of you had made any of the recipes from the cookbook, and if you had any favorites.

DH makes the Ricotta Cream quite often--not sure if that is the correct name of it or not (it has cocoa, vanilla, ricotta, and chocolate chips in it). He LOVES it!

You mean the newer cookbook with the orangey cover, right?

We tried and liked:
Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Cups (much better than the one in SBD book)
Smoked Ham Souffle
Hearty Minestrone
Chicken and Veggie Chowder
Nutty Summer Squash with Asiago Cheese
Zesty Crab Cakes with Creamy Pepper Sauce (the sauce is really good)
Crab Royale (like it better w/o pimientos)
Big Easy Shrimp
Oven Fried Chicken w/ Almonds (made w/o almonds)
Chicken and Eggplant Casserole
Souffle Stuffed Chicken
Creamy Chicken Paprikash (this was just OK)
SB Meat Loaf w/ Vegetables (much better than the one in SBD book)
Mexican Lasagna
Pizza Meat Pie
Chilled Espresso Custard (made also with lemon rather than coffee)

Wouldn't make again:
Frozen Strawberry dessert (even DH couldn't finish it, and he eats anything)
