DH is in serious cholesterol trouble. In the past year his cholesterol has sky-rocketed and is WAY too high. So high that he needs to go to a "cholersterol class." Anyway, I am worried and want to find anything I can do. I love to cook but since DS has been born we just are too tired and have no time so we have been eating terribly. I need a great, quick meal, but yummmy Low-choleserol cookbook. Can anyone recommend a favorite. Oh, and it MUST have pictures :)
