well I got sick as a dog last week. I was out all week. So here is to a much better week! I did pick up a WW Cookbook at Sam's Club that looked good. I am not on WW but I am always looking for good healthy recipes. How are you? Hey Candy .2 lbs is better than 2+ lbs :-) I have decided to change my workout routine to include more cardio than weights and see what kind of results I get, should be fun!
