I haven't been here much (kinda new here, been lurking), but has anyone tried LA weight loss? One just cropped up in my neck of the woods and I heard it's not a diet or workout but more a "eating the right combination of foods" program. Any feedback?
I did WW, then got preggers (thereby getting kicked out), and now I'm jumping back on the bandwagon but don't want to count points again. Also, LAWL is only $7 a week ($3.50 if you join with someone or refer) compared to WW's $12 and cost is a concern to us right now.
