don't really have to much of an excuse but that's all I did, on to a better week!

I did okay this week - not great, but not bad.

I went to two waterbabies classes, one aquafit class, and two back and abs classes, which was good. I also ate a ton of halloween candy, which was bad. But one pretty much cancelled out the other, so it could've been worse.

I've lost 10 lbs doing Weight Watchers on my own. However I went to the doctors today and learned that I have borderline high cholesterol so she recommended the South Beach Diet and exercise. I guess my nightly walks aren't cutting it as valid exercise so I need to dust off those Firm Tapes again (which I was doing twice a week until Martie got sick).
