Well my knees have been bothering me. So I had a light week. I ran once and did a lower body weight lifting workout. So not much to report, but hey at least that is something!

I've walked a couple times last week. I'm starting the South Beach Diet next week and have some questions, so I'll post in a different thread.

Nothing. Well, one day of soccer practice, but I didn't move a whole lot. A little jogging, but hardly mentionable. I have gained 6 pounds so far, so the doctor seemed pleased since average by this point is something like 10. Woohoo! But I won't get too excited - not only did I gain more weight later on during the other pregnancy, but we've got major eating holidays ahead. Guess I better start walking...

Sarah I love the new pic! Remember cookies are bad for you, bad I say. Or you could tell yourself you need to save them for Santa. Six lbs is a very good place for you to be!

DS has been teething, so last week was not a good week (except for when his first tooth popped through and he got happy for about 3 hours).

Needless to say, I'm tired, cranky, and feeling PMSy, and although I did my regularly scheduled workouts, my heart wasn't in them...

I only worked out a few times last week-3 classes. I have been visiting DH at his job site, which is an hour and half away (overnight) so I have been missing some Jazzercise days. We didn't buy any candy for tricker-treaters because we were planning on spending it at my ILs. Usually I graze on candy the few days before Halloween, so luckily we didn't have any! The ILs had an obscene amount of candy so I did snag some over there, but I wasn't too bad!
