South Beach Diet Menu Question

Yes, another one of those South Beach Diet Questions. I'm about to start this diet this weekend and I have a question for the SBD pros out there. When you started did you stick strictly to the menu provided in the book? I need to plan out my meals next week and I'm trying to figure out what I can and cannot eat, and what menu options I have.

No. I used some of the recipes/meal ideas, but I interchanged various days with things I prefered. Beth found this website that was really helpful:
